For now, we only do guestpoint exchanges and prefer small groups of no more than 4 people.
Guests have access to the many amenities available at Anvaya Cove Golf and Beach resort on a pay per use basis. Guests must register with Anvaya Cove registration desk and provide a credit card to pay for amenities they will use and resort fees. Guests must follow all the Anvaya club policies, rules and regulations while at the guest house. As Anvaya Cove is an exclusive resort for members only, there may or may not be a resort fee levied of Phil Pesos 1,500/guest per day or $25 usd payable to the resort of Anvaya Cove. This is not a Home Exchange fee that we charge.
Cleaning fee is $100 Usd payable at arrival. Need to provide full names of guests, car driver name and car make, model and license plate to gain entry at Morong Gate and Anvaya security. Car is required.
The following amenities are located at the resort:
Gym, Tennis, Ping pong table, playground and toys for kids, various swimming pools, sailboat, water, beach and sports facilities - tennis, basketball, pickleball, video games room, bike rental and equipment.

Please turn off air conditioners when not in use. Electricity costs are quite high in the Philippines so we kindly ask for mindful and reasonable usage of the air conditioners. Fans are also available for your comfort. Minimum stay is 5 nights. No parties, No smoking inside and within the property compound. Swimming pool is 5 feet deep. Pls watch children at all times as pool is not covered nor gated. Beach area is approx 8 min drive and sports complex is approx 4 min drive from the guest house. Please note that the city experiences electric brownouts every now and then. That means, there might not be any electricity for a few hours. It's rare but can happen and is, unfortunately, completely out of our control. There's usual electricity at the main areas of the resort backed up by generators.

The nearest airport is Clark International Airport. To Anvaya Cove typically takes around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic, with a driving distance of approximately 93 kilometers. The fastest route generally involves taking the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) and then following signs toward the Subic area and Morong Gate, leading directly to Anvaya Cove. You can buy your groceries in Subic at Pure Gold or Royal Duty Free approx 30 mins away. Manila International airport is approx 3 hours away by car.
