Our beautiful single level 3,000 sq ft home sits on a 1/2 acre corner lot, totally fenced with an electric gate for vehicles. There is secure parking for up to 6 vehicles within the fenced yard. The yard features a 33,000 gallon swimming pool amidst a beautifully treed landscape. There is a six seater arbour nestled amongst the trees with a misting fan, and surround sound. Our home is wonderfully modern with a media room featuring a 77” OLED TV, and a full-home sound system with nine different zones. The Wifi is a google mesh system with 4 zones with a high-speed fibre connection. The Satellite TV system has over 300 channels, in addition to pretty much all streaming services. The main living room seats 8 and features a gas fireplace. The primary bedroom features a 4 poster king sized bed, electric roller blinds, and a spectacular bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and soaking tub in a 50 sq ft wet-room. The 1st guest bedroom has a queen size bed, armoire with LG TV, and full on-suite with shower. Two other bedrooms share a connected bathroom and feature a nursery/crib and single bed, and a full office. All the bathrooms in the home are newly renovated. The kitchen features a 48" dual oven, six burner gas range, microwave, and Sub Zero refrigerator. An Italian built, high quality Rocket espresso machine is also available. The living room has an impressive 30' x 8' high wall of glass looking on to the pool area. The house is wired as a Smart Home with all lighting controlled conventionally, or automatically. Over 30 coloured landscape lights turn on at dusk, and off at 11PM, leaving just 6 security lights which remain on until dawn. Full-home forced air conditioning and heat is standard. A convertible Porsche sports car and a 4 door BMW are optionally available.
