We moved into our new condominium last year and it has been completely renovated.
We have 2 Boxers that need to be taken care of. They are both friendly and love people. The male is 4 years old and the female is almost 2.
Our condo has a master suite with a king size bed. The bathroom has 2 sinks, shower, and toilet. The other bedroom has a 2 person pull out sofa bed and their own bathroom down the hall, with tub, and 1 sink, 1 toilet. There is a dedicated office space which was the 3rd bedroom which opens up to the living & dining room area. There is a 1/2 bath in the foyer and a full-size washer and dryer near the kitchen.

Our home is located in Palm Aire, a golf community that has three 18-hole golf courses open to the public. We are located on the 17th hole and are on the ground floor. We have easy access out our back patio to stroll along the golf course at sunrise and sunset. Our home is located 6 miles from the beach which is 15 minutes by car. There is a grocery store within walking distance and the community pool (1 of 2 for use) is directly across the parking lot from our home. There is a community park, George Brummer Park, within Palm Aire that has 6 asphalt tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, and kids playground
