A dreamy and beautiful luxury home to reconnect with multiple families and still have your own space to enjoy a personal getaway. We have a big family and love to all be together under one roof, but it's also very important to have our own boundaries and privacy to unwind and relax after playing together all day.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
We have poured so much love into this home and know you will enjoy experiencing every magical detail and discovering each space where you can find solace. With three master suites, families can each have their own privacy and personal space with their own full bathrooms, two more additional bunk rooms, and five balconies. The home sleeps 17 (14 adults) with an additional sofa bed and pack-n-play, as well as a high chair. The kids will have the time of their lives on their own 3rd floor with plenty of games and activities and the favorite Infinity game table to keep them busy whenever you’re not at the pristine white sand beach or playing in the pool. The three floors allow for noise separation and much needed privacy for all guests.
OUTDOORS
The Solace Beach House provides an experience unique to most homes in the area in that you have an entire backyard oasis all to yourself. Soak in the 6 person hot tub after filling the drink cart with all your favorite beverages. Then grill up dinner on the provided grill while family and friends relax on the couch, and eat at the large table. Head over to the large fire pit to share your favorite stories while roasting goodies on the provided telescoping skewers. But the fun doesn’t end there. Have you ever played giant yard chess? Walk down the paved path for a large, interactive, and exciting game of chess.
Our family also absolutely loves driving the 6 seater golf cart that is availablle to rent for $75/day. Cruising 3 min away through the neighborhood and across the street to the beach is our kids favorite thing to do. Pack up all the equipment we provide for your convenience including beach towels for all guests, a beach wagon, big and little boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, and sand toys and enjoy an epic day at the beach.
Enjoy a large pool only a few steps from the home with your own private entrance from the backyard. Watch over your family from any of the five decks, or look over the pond behind the home.
SPECIAL TOUCHES
You can plan on packing light and can count on the Beekman 1802 shampoos, conditioners, and goat milk body wash that you would find in luxury hotels that are free of chemicals, and they smell amazing. Unwind under the spa-like rain shower head with body jets and handheld wand. Vacation is a time to relax and pamper yourself, right? The home is also equipped with the same Aroma 360 air distribution system that the most elegant hotels use, leaving the home smelling fresh, inviting, and tranquil.
But what is the most important thing you do for over 1/3 of your vacation? You sleep! And we want you to have the best night's sleep while staying at the Solace Beach House , so each bed has been replaced with top-of-the-line, deluxe mattresses that will envelop you in comfort. You have to try these beds!
Family time in the kitchen cooking together while enjoying great conversation is the best, right? Upon your arrival at the Solace Beach House, you will find the pantry and fridge stocked with all the ingredients to make our family favorite recipe of fresh chocolate chip cookies. Fill the home with the smell of warm cookies while you gather around the table and use the conversation starter cards to get to know things about each other you never knew. As a family who loves to cook, we provide you with all the tools to prepare food for a crowd including mixer, crockpot, electric skillet, large serving dishes and oversized pots and roasters.
LIVING SPACES
There is plenty of space to enjoy some beach-inspired cuisine with seating for 12 at the dining room tables and an additional 4 seats at the breakfast bar. Outside there is also a table that seats 4, and another that seats 6-8. After your meals there is also enough relaxing seating for all guests outside to unwind at the firepit and the comfy sofa.
We love a good game night and the possibilities are endless with two full cupboards of board games, a chess/game table, Wii, Xbox, and...are you ready for this? A 32” screen infinity table is hidden within the coffee table in the upstairs family room. The table boasts 40+ of the best games, coloring books and infinite fun for the kids.
The living room is one that is hard to forget. A 70” TV, a coffee table that is so realistic it will make your imagination run wild, and a hanging chair in the living room is such a fun place to gather and chill together. You will feel like you're still at the beach. But mom and dad’s personal favorite spot is the front porch swing with a nice cold drink. It's magical.
PARKING
3 parking spaces are available in the driveway next to the golf cart. 5 additional free public spaces are available right in front of the home and additional public spaces are located a short walk down the street the home is located on.

Located just a few minutes from the world famous beautiful beaches in Destin/Miramar Beach. The emerald green water and white sand beaches are exquisite. A few minutes inland are you are in the heard of Sandestin with shopping, delicious dining and many family friendly activities like golfing, go carts, lazer tag, boardwalks, boating, fishing and our favorite, jet skis.
Guests have access to the entire home, hot tub, and outdoor area. There are large grassy community areas in the neighborhood, and 2 community pools. There is private gated access to the beach and guests are provided the code to get directly to beach.
