car seat(can be converted into stroller with just one button) & some toys for a kid under 1 year old.
We do not have any pets & we prefer guests without pets.
Guests will also need to water the plants once a week to keep our home green and vibrant. Our home is meticulously maintained, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for your stay.
All the charms in the middle of a big city. Here you’ll find cosy courtyards, green spaces, greenhouses for gardening lovers, cycling and walking tracks, playgrounds and an urban park with sharing libraries, relaxation areas and street sculptures – a safe and truly zen space to call home!

- Retail therapy: Kristiine Keskus, Ülemiste keskus, Balti jaam, Viru keskus
- Spot of exercise: omnigym välijõusaal veerenni, Running along the running tracks
