Here, you’ll wake up to stunning panoramic water views from every room and enjoy the convenience of direct private beach access—perfect for peaceful walks or spending lazy afternoons by the water. The wraparound deck is a great spot to sip your morning coffee while soaking in the ocean breeze, or unwinding in the evening with a cocktail and a beautiful sunset as your backdrop.
With powdery soft sand, clear shallow waters that stretch out seemingly forever when the tide is low, and gentle waves - it’s the perfect spot for a beach getaway. You can climb the beach boulders to take in the stunning views of the Annisquam River and Ipswich Bay or creature hunt in the tide pools. Afterward, rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax with some board games in the open-concept living area that’s perfect for gathering and making memories.
The private floor master suite, complete with a walkout patio, offers a nice little escape if you’re looking for some quiet time to unwind with a good book. And if you’re feeling playful, we’ve got a bocce court and horseshoe pit ready for a bit of friendly competition!

There is a $300 cleaning fee which defrays some of our costs to launder all bedding before and after your stay as well as do a professional cleaning of our home before your arrival and do a cleaning after your departure. There is a separate top level condo that is not part of the exchange and is very occasionally owner occupied. Unfortunately, we don’t have any HomeExchange availability during July or August
