Our house is a beautiful house, very spacious and very sunny, with lots of light and views to nature. We've been updating things for the past 3 years, and it's a work in progress! On the main floor, we have a large open kitchen and dining room with high ceilings and a fireplace, and a projector where you can watch Netflix... or the kids/adults can play video games. This area is the heart of our home. In the mud room area, there is a small restroom. We have a dedicated room that we call "Movie room" where we have a smart TV and surround sound to enjoy movies. We have another living room on the other side of the house, with also a fire place and a seating area where we play board games, or have breakfast and also with a comfortable couch ideal for reading or just resting. Also in the main floor, we have a room with a workshop table where we love to do crafts and all sorts of art. In the first floor, we have 3 bedrooms, one master bedroom with en-suite full bathroom including a Jacuzzi and a small area with all the toys for the kids, another bedroom with two twin beds, and another with a double bed and two single beds. There is also a full additional bathroom. The basement is in the process of being renovated, and we have bicycles, and scooters. The deck in our backyard in the summer is a beautiful place to spend time and have meals.

We live in a very safe, welcoming, beautiful neighborhood, with individual houses most of them in 3 acres lots. The neighbors are very friendly, and we are surrounded by nature. It's common to see deer and other small animals. It's great for walks and bicycle rides. In town there are many trails too and parks.

Our house is close to Boston and main cities in New Hampshire (Portsmouth, Manchester, Concord...), North Massachusetts (Newburyport, Amesbury,...) and Southern Maine (Oganquit, Kittery, Kennebunkport, York, Portland...), close to beaches (Hampton beach, Jenness beach, Seabrook beach, Rye beach, Salisbury beach...), lakes (Squam lake, Winniepesaukee lake,...), the White Mountains and many State Parks!
To go to central Boston (North Station), besides driving (45 min), you might take the train (about 40 min) from Haverhill (MA), which is about 12 min drive from our house, with free parking.
We ask that visiting guests leave the house in the same condition as it was when they arrived. We require a shared house cleaning fee of $150.
