What You'll Love About This Home
Our ocean and mountain view home offers a spacious, bright, and comfortable retreat. With 2,500 square feet of living space on a peaceful 0.76-acre lot, this custom-built home (2018) features three king-sized bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The home is just across the street from the beach, offering easy access to the ocean.
Inside, you'll find a cozy gas fireplace in the dining room, a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, and a well-equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals. Outside, enjoy a front deck ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation, where you can light the fire bowl on cooler nights and soak in the ocean view. The back deck includes additional seating, a covered dining area with a gas BBQ, and a hot tub on the upper deck, all with spectacular ocean vistas.
There is an additional $150 cleaning fee, or you are welcome to clean yourself, leaving it as you found it less doing the laundry.

The area offers easy access to multiple golf courses, excellent restaurants, and the airport, which is just a 5-minute drive away. Explore the Valley’s many trails, lakes, rivers, and ocean swimming spots. You can even book a whale-watching tour or go charter-fishing in the Salish Sea. For day trips, we're perfectly situated for excursions to Victoria and Tofino (about 3 hours each way) or a short ferry ride to the eclectic outlying islands of Denman, Hornby, Quadra, and Cortes.

Crown Aisle Championship 18 hole golf course offering year round golf is 5 minute drive. Home of the PGA Tour of Canada. There are an additional 8 golf courses in the Comox Valley and surrounding area to enjoy.
Kayak rentals: There are several operators offering rental or guided experiences. With so many lakes, rivers and coastlines, experiencing the Comox Valley from the water is an experience not to be missed. Head out in search of seals, bald eagles, waterfowl, inter-tidal marine life or the perfect picnic spot.
