Our home is a beautiful character home with a large modern extension which allows amazing light and sun to stream into the main living area and master bedroom. There is excellent indoor-outdoor flow so dining outdoors is super easy and there are three beautiful places within the garden, main deck and terrace to chill out in.
The main lounge, dining and second lounge (that can be shut off or used as a bedroom), are situated in the middle of the home. The master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite is to one side of the main living area and the two other generous size bedrooms, both with queen size beds, are at the otherside of the main living area where the family bathroom is.
There are smart TVs in the lounges with Netflix, Prime and Neon and a TV with chrome cast in the master bedroom. We also have Alexa echo dots in the bedrooms and kitchen, (a somewhat lazy but fun intercom, alarm, personal DJ and general master of trivia! Our kids love Alexa!).

We are situated in a beautiful treelined street in a very popular suburb in the middle of Dunedin city. We are close to heaps of amenities, we are across the road from a bus stop and 4 minutes drive to the center of town. Despite being an urban location we have a large house lot and are surrounded by trees and birds so it feels like you are away from the city. There are cafes, restaurants, a specialty ice-cream shop, supermarkets, a petrol station, ATM machine, doctors and chemist, all within 2 minutes drive and within 10 minutes walk.

Please note as we have little people, our family home and the surrounding property is non-smoking / non vaping
We ask our guests to leave our home as spic and span as they find it. We appreciate however some guests may not have time to do a full clean or may prefer to just do the bare basics before heading away. We are therefore happy to discuss a cleaning fee prior to finalising any exchange, if you prefer not to do a full clean.
