This my second home and is set up as a short term rental. It's furnished with many modern amenities and has a great patio deck for dining Al fresco and a large kitchen and indoor dining room which is great for entertaining guests.
The house is set up for a family to spread out and have some room, yet good spaces to gather together. It comes with board games, football table and 6 TVs to keep everyone entertained.

I live in the Berryessa district in Northeast part of San Jose which like many California cities generally requires a car for the most effective mode of transportation The house is located in a neighborhood that is quiet and suburban. The neighborhood is clean and full of families and their pets. There are parks nearby for strolling, kids playgrounds, tennis and basketball.
It is a mile away from the BART train station that can take you to San Francisco, Oakland and other parts of the Bay Area. San Jose is the largest city in Northern California so what ever you're looking for, it should be available in San Jose. Restaurants, shopping, entertainment and professional athletics are accessible. Many hiking hills are 5 minutes drive and the beach in Santa Cruz is 45 minute car ride away.

I welcome guest points exchange or reciprocal. I request a $200 fully refundable deposit. I will additionally need to charge a $200 cleaning fee to use all the bedrooms and the bathrooms in the house. To accommodate smaller groups, $25 for each bedroom and bathroom NOT USED during the stay will be refunded from the cleaning fee after checkout. (For example, if one bedroom and one bathroom stays untouched during the stay, $50 will be refunded back). Please notify the host on checkout if there were any bedrooms and bathroom not used.
