Double bedroom available for hospitality exchange. Very comfortable bed! A single bedroom is also available. Shared bathroom.
Cosy, detached, Edwardian house in the centre of this historic and beautiful small city. We love to meet new people and help visitors to make the most of our wonderful region!
Being in town, you’ll have everything you need to hand without getting in the car, yet the house it tucked away in a quiet road. The house is detached, on two floors. • Books, ceramics, paintings and musical instruments.
• A sunny garden with lawn, flower beds, apple trees, decking, table and chairs, barbeque.
• Use of our small but well-equipped kitchen, updated in October 2022.

Što će Vam se svidjeti u ovom susjedstvu
Our house is on a peaceful residential street, only ten minutes' walk to the heart of the city and its buzz of cafes, shops and restaurants, yet it's surprisingly quiet. Neighbours are friendly and there's a pub at the end of the road.
Chichester is an attractive and affluent town which attracts visitors from around the world. It’s also the perfect base from which to easily visit London and the south of England. The town centre has many quaint Georgian streets and houses. Here are some of the unique attractions you’ll be able to visit which are just a few minutes’ walk from our house:
Chichester’s Roman walls – Chichester was founded by the Romans in the 1st century AD. The city walls were built in the 3rd century AD and are amongst the most complete in the country. It’s easy to walk the 1.5-mile circuit (some steps involved). https://www.chichesterwalls.org/chichester-city-walls/
Chichester Cathedral and Bishop’s Palace Gardens – construction of the beautiful cathedral began in 1076. It contains many works of art, including a stained-glass window by Marc Chagall. Lunchtime concerts take place throughout the year and there's a candlelit service at Christmas. The adjacent gardens are a peaceful, lush oasis, filled with the scent of roses in summer. https://www.chichestercathedral.org.uk/heritage
Chichester Festival Theatre – a world-class theatre, many plays originating at CFT have transferred to London’s West End and regularly feature well-known actors. https://www.cft.org.uk/whats-on
Novium Museum – a modern, award-winning museum about the history of Chichester, built over the remains of a Roman bath house, part of which you can see. https://www.thenovium.org/aboutus
Pallant House Art Gallery – The Guardian national newspaper wrote “Pallant House Gallery is second only to The Tate for modern British art.” https://pallant.org.uk/
