Modern apartment with amazing light from north facing loft windows and all expected appliances in kitchen. Main bedroom with ensuite and walk through robes. 2nd bedroom with own bathroom. Separate laundry and two balconies with different aspects.

Surry Hills is a fantastically located suburb on the edge of the city with an amazing variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs and trendy retail. Just 4 minutes from Central Station and the light rail system. Prince Alfred Park pool is just 2 minutes away while the main city sports stadiums are an easy 15-minute walk. Centennial Park is just a 12-minute bike ride away and Bondi beach just a 20-minute scooter ride away.

Minimum stay for points exchange 1 week. We also have a fee of $150 for a cleaner.
PLEASE, treat our home with respect and care • NO parties • NO illegal drug uses • NO open fire inside of our property • NO fake tanning, if you have fake tan or sunscreen, please shower and take precautions, so that our linen is not stained or damaged. Any damage or stains will be charged at replacement value.
Please read instructions carefully for the coffee machine. If you don't have any experience, best not to start with this one, as it is new and can be slightly complicated. There are excellent cafes only 2 minutes away.
Please be cautious if using the BBQ & ensure gas is turned off when finished.
NO smoking inside our home.
NO pets unless agreed prior to making the reservation.
Check out is at 10 am.
Only booked guests may stay, all others must leave. If you have a surprise visitor who wishes to stay, please let us know.
Please take your rubbish with you, bins are located downstairs right from the lift, YOU MUST BRING YOUR KEY WITH YOU, otherwise you may get locked out.
Please report any damage or defects in the apartment to the host immediately, so that we have an opportunity to address them before our next guests.
Please turn off all lights and air-conditioning anytime you are leaving the apartment.
Please lower blinds in living space during warm weather when leaving apartment.
Please wash any dirty dishes & leave in sink or dishwasher prior to leaving.
Please strip dirty linen from bed & leave linen, towels, dirty tea towels etc in laundry.
Please ensure the windows are closed & the balcony doors are locked when leaving the apartment.
Please return your keys to the lock box and don't forget to change the dials. There will be a fee of $300, in case of losing a set of keys. This is our home. Please enjoy and leave our home as you found it.
