Our home has been newly remodeled, everything was stripped and made new. We are quaint and stylish, without losing functionality and comfortability. This home is one part of a duplex, both units are owned by us. Both are short term rentals and stay pretty occupied, but we love to travel and would love to make Guest Point exchanges with other travel enthusiasts.
I like to make sure all our homes are fully equipped with everything you'll need to feel right at home and make everything easy for you. For me when I travel one of the most important things is bedding, it’s everything… a bad night sleepy with mess with your entire trip, our home has great quality mattresses with a cooling gel memory foam mattress topper and organic cotton bed linens. We strive to make sure our guest are as comfortable as possible and lack nothing during their stay. I love our home and respect it , we are clean people and hope you will also take care of our home as you do yours. We hope you come stay here and create beautiful memories.
One bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has one queen size bed, 3rd bedroom has two single beds (one single bed pulls out and turns into a queen), 4th bedroom has a Twin bed that turns into a queen and also a crib. We like including a roll out single bed that can be placed anywhere in the home for extra sleeps.
King bedroom and Queen bedroom have a smart tv. All beds have high quality memory foam mattresses and high quality bed linens. We wants you to have the most comfortable stay possible.
We have a small back porch in case you travel with your pup as we do sometimes, and also have a bqq grill some some summer time grilling. The kitchen has a nice coffee set up because first coffee.

We are located in a beautiful neighborhood in the sought out region of Plano Tx. We are central point to many fun and cool things in Dallas Texas. We have nature parks a block away, delicious restaurants and shopping minutes from our home. Collin County community college is a few blocks away, also grocery stores and restaurants a block away. We love our neighborhood and our neighbors, respecting their space and making sure we keep the integrity of our quiet neighborhood.

We have 2 single beds that turn into full size beds. A total of 10 people can sleep comfortably in our home.
There is absolute no smoking or parties at our home.
Also we ask that you pay for the cleaner , $140 if we are doing GP.
