The Santa Barbara climate allows us to to have an indoor-outdoor lifestyle throughout the year. Our downstairs family room/dining area is connect to the covered outdoor kitchen with folding backdoors allowing it to become one big living area. The outdoor kitchen includes a built-in BBQ, ice maker, fridge, sink, and big TV.
The backyard has a bocce ball court, great for some friendly competition, a hot tub, and a natural gas fire pit. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off after a day at the beach.
Our home is two story with 2 bedrooms (both with full sized beds) and 1 bath on the first floor and a large bedroom (with a king size bed) and bathroom on the second floor.
There is also a living room with gas fire place.
