Just outside Denver, this home is close to all of the best things in Colorado yet has the comfort of a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Our home is seconds from a local conservation space where you'll see antelope at dusk and dawn, stunning sunrises and sunsets and enjoy views of the mountains or the plains. In less than thirty minutes, you'll be in downtown Denver enjoying the best restaurants, breweries, and night life in all of Colorado. For the skiers and snowboarders, we are just two hours from multiple fantastic ski resorts in Colorado.
Our home is a spacious, cozy, warm place for entertaining. We have vaulted ceilings throughout, a large kitchen that extends into a cozy living room and a grand entry way. Upstairs, we have a large loft with a massive couch and a 65" TV, great for hosting and enjoying your favorite show. We have a large king bed in the master bedroom, two full offices, perfect for working from home and a fully finished basement with another bedroom, bathroom and private working area. There's a pullout couch in the main area in case you'd like to accommodate two additional guests and don't forget to enjoy our massive deck, overlooking our large backyard. The home has everything you could need to have a staycation in peace!
Please note *we have a cat*. She’s an old lady cat and will stay at the house. We also request a $100 cleaning fee upon departure.

We live in a cul-de-sac on the edge of a neighborhood that backs up to a multi-acre conservation space. We walk our dog there every morning and enjoy views of the mountains on one side and vies of the rolling plains on the other. If you're in Colorado for hiking or exploring, you'll find your just two hours from the best skiing in Colorado and less than an hour from numerous incredible hikes! You can even get to downtown Denver in less than 30 minutes to enjoy one of the top cities in the country!

Open to car exchange option (SUV or sedan). Can also convert offices to bedrooms for children upon request. Kitchen fully stocked with all dishware, utensils, air fryer, instant pot, food professor, blender, juicer, etc.
I do have many plants in the home and ask that my plants be cared for during reciprocal exchanges. We also leave our cat in the home as she is a senior (we love cat lovers!).
