Have you always dreamed of living in Downtown Charleston? Dreams do come true! This is your opportunity to experience Charleston like a local in the most sought-after part of the peninsula. Treat yourself to a stay in this charming, 2-bedroom and 1.5 bath townhouse, ideally located on Colonial Lake in the South of Broad neighborhood.
We have the house decorated in a quirky, Lowcountry theme. There are hardwood floors throughout, comfortable bedding, and high-end bed linens.
We are currently planning our travels for a trip to Europe in the summer of 2025. If you are interested in an exchange, let me know. We also have a house divided into two 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments in Downtown Charleston that could also be made available.

This is my absolutely favorite part of Downtown's Historic District. You are across the street from Colonial Lake and Moultrie Park which offers lighted tennis courts, a playground, pickleball court, ball field and basketball court. There is also Lime e-bike share across the street for cycling around town with ease.
The location is marvelous! You are only a few blocks from everywhere you want to be: MUSC & College of Charleston, the Market, two marinas, tons of great restaurants, and the fabulous shopping of King Street.
You are near everything exciting but just far enough off the beaten path to live like a local, free from the throngs of tourists and horse drawn carriages. Plus, you are a short drive to five beaches, seven marinas, and lots of golf courses!
We are also an easy commute to Boeing or a jaunt across town to Charleston Law.

In order to allow you to fully enjoy your stay, we have a cleaning service that will come in after you leave. We ask you to pay a $250 cleaning fee for your stay. If you travel with a dog or cat, the cleaners have to do a deep cleaning and that fee is $275.
