I offer a lovely and comfortable apartment on the 3rd floor of a new 4 storey building (with elevator) in a nice green suburb of Budapest. It has two bedrooms, both of them with a double bed. The apartment has a cozy living room with wooden floor and a nice panoramic view over the surrounding hills. The living room has a dining table, a leather sofa, a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo. There is a fully equipped, modern open kitchen with oven, micro wave, freezer, fridge, dish washer, china ware and all the household utensils you may need to prepare a nice meal if you wish to. The apartment has a bathroom with a bath-tub, as well as a separate toilet. There are also two balconies; one of them, connected with the living room, is large enough to have dinner outside in the quiet starlit summer evenings. Some outdoor furniture and a simple but practical barbecue are at your disposal for this purpose. There are always parking spots available around the building where you can park your car free of charge.

My home is located in Budaörs, one of the most popular suburbs of Budapest. It is part of a recently built residential park which consists of six 4-storey buildings protected by an enclosure and having a beautiful inner garden with evergreen. Near to the apartment there is a little park, a fitness center, as well as a big hypermarket (Auchan) where you can make your daily shopping. The bus that takes you to the city center stops at about 2 min away from my house and it departs every five minutes. It takes 20-25 min to get to the downtown of Budapest. Budapest is a wonderful city, often called the Pearl of the Danube, with plenty of things to see.
