Our home is in a great location and has a lot to offer. It is three stories - main level, second floor and a lower level. The second floor has four large bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The lower level has a bedroom, bathroom, media center and ping pong table. There is a two-car garage and a screened in porch and deck off the back of the house. There is a fire-pit, tree swing and hammock in the back yard and two kayaks and a canoe that can be used on the river that runs behind our house or on the lake that is within walking distance from us. We also have an in ground basketball hoop in the driveway. There is parking for six cars.

We live in a neighborhood of about 20 houses across from Lake Champlain. The neighborhood is about 20 years old and there are a lot of trees and privacy between the houses. Within a five-minute walk, you can access a number of wooded walking paths, some adjacent to the lake. Our neighborhood also has access to a small beach on the lake. Our home is in a great location, centrally located to many things to see and do. Not to mention that we are only a 15-minute drive from the airport. Nearby attractions include:

We do have two dogs and a house rabbit. The dogs will travel with us or stay elsewhere. The bunny is a senior and does not travel, so we would ask that he be cared for while we are away, or that our house-sitter can come to the house and care for him 1x a day.
If cleaning services are desired, we can coordinate with our housekeeper.
