I love my home for so many reasons. It is a bright and sunny townhouse that is a peaceful sanctuary both indoors and out. We have a cozy patio off the kitchen and an extensive deck with large trees in the back.
We have 2 bedrooms upstairs. The master has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have en suite baths. The basement is partially finished and has a very comfortable double bed futon.
I also love the location. We are close to Denver without being in the city, and Denver has wonderful cultural attractions and great restaurants and neighborhoods to explore. We're also close to the Rocky Mountains. You can be in the foothills for hiking in under an hour or be in the mountains for hiking, skiing, or other activities in under 2 hours. We're under an hour from other great Colorado cities including Boulder, Colorado Springs, and Golden.
I have a car if you need a car exchange, and bikes to take on the trails.

Our home is near miles and miles of nature trails, where we spend time every day biking, walking, and watching wildlife. The complex has tennis courts that can be used for pickleball too, and an outdoor pool open from Memorial Day to end of September.
We're within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and a short drive from any other conveniences.
The neighborhood is quiet and secluded and very peaceful, while being close to everything you might need and a short drive or light rail ride into Denver.

Because our home gets so much natural light, we have lots of plants! We also have 2 very affectionate cats who are happy to cuddle if you'd like :-).
