la villa est dans un petit village tranquille provençal de 2000 habitants.
Située dans un Parc Régional Naturelle des Alpilles, Lamanon est bien placée pour visiter des grandes villes comme Marseille/Avignon/Aix/Arles/Nimes le tout en moins d'une heure par autoroute au départ de la maison.
Au carrefour du Lubéron, de la camargue, des calanques.
La maison est dans un quartier calme, au coeur du village, proche à pieds de toutes commodités. elle est fonctionnelle pour une famille de 4 personnes (dans la chambre des filles, deux lits tiroirs sous les lits peuvent faire office de lit d'appoint); nous avons 1 salle de bain avec baignoire et 1 salle de douche dans la chambre parentale, un dressing, une buanderie avec sèche linge, machine à laver, congélateur); notre salle à manger peut accueillir environ 10 personnes ouverte sur une cuisine fonctionnelle totalement équipée, four , micro onde, lave vaisselle, nombreux ustensiles... le salon possède un piano, notre terrasse a un coin salon où il fait bon faire la sieste ou même dormir à la belle étoile, notre terrasse aussi une grande table qui peut accueillir 10 convives avec sa plancha XXL.
Nous avons une piscine atypique puisque c'est un couloir de nage de 2m50 de large sur 22 mètres de long; transats, hamac double..., une table de ping-pong ; des vélos, jeu de badminton, boules...
The villa is very functional for a family.
In the girls’rooms ,there are pull-out beds besides their beds.
There are 2 bathrooms : one is equipped with a bathtub and the other , in the parents’ room has a shower.
The kitchen opens onto a big dining-room which can welcome up to 10 persons.
The kitchen is fully-equipped : oven, wicro-wave oven, dishwasher and other kitchen machines …)
In the living-room there is a piano.
On the outdoor terrace there is a lounge area where you can take a nice nap or even sleep overnight.
There is also a big table for 10 persons and a big plancha XXL.
We also have a utility room with a washing-machine and a dryer.
If you are keen on swimming , you will probably appreciate our quite unsual swimming-pool !
In the garden we have a swim lane that is 22 metres long by 2,50 metres wide.
Half the pool is safe for children ( They can touch the floor ) so that all the family can enjoy it .
You will have deckchairs and double hammocks to doze off in the sun …
For the sportier ones we have ping pong table and bats, bicycles, badminton rackets and petanque balls at your disposal .

le charme d'un village provençal et de sa tranquillité avec tous les commerces de proximités qui sont accessibles à pied de la maison (boulangerie, boucherie, alimentation, bar, tabac, restaurants, pharmacie). le village est au pied des Alpilles pour les amoureux de la nature. Il existe une gare qui pourra vous amener aussi bien à Avignon que Marseille. L'autoroute A7 et A54 sont à moins de 5 min de la maison. Elles permettent rapidement d'accéder à la cote d'azur et l'Espagne (ex Monaco 2H30; Barcelone 4 h00).
Possibilité de pratiquer du golf à 10 min sur un site international "Pont Royal" conçu par S. Ballesteros. Centre équestre à la sortie du village.

All commodities are accessible on foot ( baker, butcher, , pharmacy ,grocer, bars ,restaurants)
Our villa is in a very quiet Provencal village called Lamanon. It is situated in the Alpilles Regional Park.
Lamanon is ,therefore, a good starting point to go to Marseille, Avignon, Arles in Camargue or Nimes . All these destinations are accessible within an hour by the A7 or A54 motorway.
The access to the motorway is only 5 minute -drive from the villa.
Besides the beautiful landcapes of the Lubéron , the Camargue or the « Calanques »( creeks) near Marseille , you can also get easily to the « Cote d’Azur » (French Riviera) or even head to Italy or Spain .It takes 2H30 to go to Monaco and only 4H30 to go to Barcelona from Lamanon.
Closer to the house , you can enjoy the golf course or the horse-riding center just outside Lamanon. It is also possible to go hiking starting from the house.

Nous sommes une famille sportive et épicurienne donc vous trouverez des vélos pour vos balades sans prendre la voiture, vous pouvez au départ de la maison partir en randonnées à pieds ou en vélos.
