Our beautifully decorated home is surrounded by tropical plants and trees. This 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is perfect for couples or a family and is ideally located just 1 block from the community pools and rancho area. And a short 400m walk to the pristine beach of Bejuco
• A/C in every room
• Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom plus there is another half-bath
• Master Bedroom = 1 king bed (real king size)
• 2nd Bedroom = 1 king bed (which can be separated into 2 single beds) plus another single bed (see pics of blue room for both configurations)
• There's a Sofa Bed in the living room
• Close to the community pools & tennis court
• Large patio and backyard
• Large living/dining room which connects to the kitchen in an open layout
• Washer and dryer
• High Speed (25mb/s) Wifi and Cable TV + Netflix
• Carport for parking 2 cars
• BBQ
• It's our weekend home so it's fully equipped
• 400m walk to beautiful Bejuco Beach!

This private home is located in a gated community that is just a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach of Bejuco. The gated community of Costa del Sol has 24 hr security, 2 large community pools, tennis court, rancho and BBQ area. The community has paved streets and extensive public gardens that are meticulously maintained by the community gardeners.
We are in the perfect position to offer a truly memorable vacation experience. A short walk down the street will get you to our beach, with miles of sand to explore. A 30 minute drive gets you to Jaco, one of Costa Rica's most popular tourist destinations full of activities, nightlife and restaurants. In the local area we have amazing restaurants in the communities surrounding us, such as Esterillos Oeste, a quaint surfer town -- or even the restaurants on our beach of Playa Bejuco. Our new Town Center which is just a few minutes down the road at the entrance to Playa Bejuco offers various restaurants, a supermarket, gym, day spa and various other new businesses coming all the time. Another 30 minutes the other direction on the highway gets you to Quepos and Manuel Antonio Park, one of the most impressive nature lover's paradise in Costa Rica. It’s a wonderful place to do a day trip, but you will find our accommodation much more tranquil than staying by the busy park. In either direction, you will find hidden gems of Tico living and things to see and do! Stay a month and you still will not run out of things to do within a 30 minute drive! Relax at our beach and you will forget about everything but the sound of the ocean and wildlife around us.

- NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE (welcome to smoke on the patio)
- $70 cleaning
- I have a fee of $20USD a day for electricity (sorry the electricity is crazy expensive in that area). Sorry, we're not trying to be cheap but we've had guests run $200 electrical bills PER WEEK in the past, blazing the AC which is not fair to us so we need people to be careful or use on their own costs.
- The house is NOT available for exchange during our summer/high season (Mid November until April/ Mid June-July-August).
