Welcome to our sunny tropical oasis! Our Beach House is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach lover's paradise.
Your stay at this eclectically themed beach house provides you with all the amenities essential to making your vacation in this gorgeous beach community as easy as possible. Bright skylights, lots of windows and French doors that open up to a tropical garden allow plenty of natural light and ocean breezes. Let the sound of the waves crashing lull you to sleep at night.
The large backyard features a deck patio perfect for enjoying outdoor eating opportunities, grilling on the BBQ amid a palette of palm trees and lush tropical vegetation.
As you enter the home from the front, you are welcomed by an inviting deck patio. At the end of day, the perfect place to put up your feet, enjoy some wine and relax watching the sunset!
The superb location offers many attractions within easy walking distance: a day at the beach in Fletcher Cove, Surfing at Seaside, hiking the trails in the San Elijo Lagoon, exploring a diverse variety of restaurants, cafes, and art galleries.

Solana Beach is an undiscovered gem in North County San Diego. Our community is a small beach town nestled between Del Mar and Encinitas. Our house has an ideal location with pristine beaches, the San Elijo Lagoon, and 101 running and biking trails are all accessible right from your doorstep.
Our location offers many activities and attractions all within walking distance:
• Beach sun tanning at Fletcher Cove
• Surfing at Seaside Beach
• Biking on Historic Highway 101
• Sunday Farmer's Market

Cedros is home to the world famous Belly Up music venue, Carruth Urban Winery, Culture Micro Brewery, Chief’s Burgers and Brew, Pizza Port and a variety of unique art galleries, and a myriad of fun shopping boutiques and cafes to explore.
• The closest beach is just a short walk away. A variety of other pristine beaches including: Fletcher Cove, Tide Park, Del Mar North Beach and Cardiff State Beach are within a 10-15 minute stroll north or south along the iconic Highway 101 or even better along the beach itself at medium or low tide.
• Sunday afternoons can be spent at the local Cedro's farmer's market.
• Within a short 5-10 minute drive you can reach a variety of local Yoga studios, fitness gyms, and downtown Encinitas with a full range of additional restaurants and shopping.
• For outdoor activity enthusiasts Mitch’s Surf Shop, the TREK Bike store and Road Runner Sports are all within a 5 minute walking distance

In addition, our preference is to have have a professional maid service after your stay to cover the laundry of the towels and sheets, along with a more in-depth house cleaning. There is a per-arranged fee of $200 for this contracted service.
The property has a guest house next door to the main house, with a completely separate entrance and private porch. This is an independent rental unit that may or may not be occupied during your stay.

A variety of other pristine beaches including: Fletcher Cove, Tide Park, Del Mar North Beach and Cardiff State Beach are within a 10-15 minute stroll north or south along the iconic Highway 101 or even better along the beach itself at medium or low tide.
