Our home is well located in a peaceful, friendly and scenic villa neighbourhood

Our house is situated only 10 min drive from Oslo city center, or enjoy a lovely bicycle path that takes 25 minutes to the city.
We prefere cycling and are surrounded by at least five beautiful beaches just 10 min away. We enjoy a big garden and walking distance to shops, harbour with cafe and restaurant, the sea and beach.
Five minute from our house is a unique walk along the river (Lysakerelva) that flows through a forest with a beautiful waterfall to swim in.
We bought our house in 2013 and have built on two additional floors and enjoy a modern and warm family home.

NB: There is a stair to the second floor (called third floor for the norwegians); it is an atelier-playing room of 60m2 that I am finishing building, hopefully by this coming summer. There will be a little ping-pong and a home cinema. this space is included in the 210m2 we description.
