Our home is very spacious while maintaining a cozy feel. It's a craftsman style design with exposed timber framing. There are 6 bedrooms. Multiple workspaces, WIFI, a large luxury kitchen with new quartzite countertops on the main floor and an additional kitchen in the basement. Lots of storage space, a full bathroom on each floor, laundry facilities, a huge deck with an outdoor TV and fireplace, swimming pool, partially handicap accessible with master bedroom on main floor. The basement has an outside entry.
The house is a central location to many places including Charlotte, where there are museums, Carowinds, and lots more. Greenville SC has a great downtown area and a zoo and much more, we are 45 minutes from both cities. Shelby is 10 minutes away and has a nice small town uptown area, home of the American Legion World Series, lots of festivals, parks and restaurants. There is a children's museum and equestrian center 45 minutes away in the other direction. We are in the foothills of the NC mountains. Crowders Mountain, Kings Mountain, South Mountain, Dupont National Forest, Tryon Equestrian Center, Linville Gorge, Cherokee Casino, Chimney Rock, and many other beautiful places are all closeby. Asheville is a little over an hour away.
**Please note- There's a $250 cleaning fee for Guest Point exchanges
We have a small farm on our property with Kangals and goats, so no pets are allowed to come on the property.

Our house is 10 minutes from Shelby, home of the American Legion World Series in August each year, some great local restaurants, and 15 minutes from Kings Mountain, a place filled with rich history from the battle of King's Mountain. Cowpens is just across the SC line, another great place to visit if you enjoy historical sites. We are 4 hours from the beach, and 1 hour from the mountains. The beauty of North Carolina is wonderful.
