Whether you are lazing on the lanai, floating in the heated pool or enjoying the coastal style, professionally decorated home with gourmet kitchen, huge master with king bed, spa like bathroom, I can assure you a wonderful vacation. There are 2 other bedrooms, 1 with queen mattress, tv and mini fridge. The third bedroom I use for my office/art room so I have a high end inflatable in there for use. The 2nd bath is between those 2 bedrooms and the third bath is on the lanai. Open floor plan combines kitchen, dining Nd living with a spectacular view. Fully stocked kitchen with induction cooktop will please any cook.
Many international and northern home owners flock to Punta Gorda known for its fine dining, live music, quaint shopping and central location to many points of interest including: Venice, Fort Meyers, Naples, Sarasota, and Orlando. My home features indoor/outdoor living with huge sliders connecting main living areas to the screened lanai with its long view of the water and wildlife. Fishing is just a few steps away on the dock and bicycles
are at your disposal through free rental program through the city. Some unusual things you can do within walking distance of my home include: listening to a bag piper play as the sun sets; take a sunset cruise to a nearby island; walk nature trails; visit a wildlife sanctuary; take art lessons; visit an iguana sanctuary. Just a few miles away are boat and kayak rentals; a bus tour of a wilderness area with lots of alligators, a Carolina Panther and other native wildlife; a nationally recognized seashell museum; spring training baseball games; golf on local courses; play pickle ball or tennis, visit a winery or a brewery. I have a book that outlines all the things you can do locally and in nearby towns. There is so much to do you will have a hard time deciding!

My home is located in prestigious, deed-restricted, Punta Gorda Isles close to SW major tourist attractions Fisherman's Village, the Visual Arts Center, and others in Fort Meyers. My home is a 5 minute drive from quaint downtown Punta Gorda with shops, art galleries and fine dining. Ten minutes will find you next to a Sheraton Tiki Bar, or a Wyvern Hotel with roof top bar, both featuring live music and sunset views. Punta Gorda is known for its kayaking in the mangroves, boating, and walking and cycling trails. Its greatest resource is its friendly and helpful people. Several golf courses are in the area. Day trips can be taken to Boca Raton Beach, Venice Beach, Naples, Sarasota and Disney World is just 3 hours away.
