Sur un terrain de 400 m2, nous habitons une villa moderne de 140 m2, aux beaux volumes, ensoleillée et pratique à vivre. Nous aimons prendre soin de notre intérieur.
La salle à manger, la cuisine ouverte et le salon- bibliothèque donnent sur la terrasse et le jardin . En bas, se trouve également la chambre de mon fils (lit simple)avec sa salle de bain (douche à l'italienne) et un toilette séparé.
A l'étage, un grand bureau mezzanine avec un BZ de bonne qualité pouvant servir de couchage 2 places, notre chambre et celle de ma fille (lit simple), la salle de bain avec baignoire et un toilette séparé.
A l'extérieur, un jardin, une terrasse couverte, un barbecue et une piscine.
De chez nous, vous pourrez choisir de profitez des kilomètres de plages toutes proches , de la typique ville catalane de Perpignan, faire de la randonnée dans les magnifiques paysages pyrénéens, découvrir le patrimoine viticole local ou encore vous offrir une escapade en Espagne.
On a ground of 400 m2, we live a modern villa of 140 m2, with beautiful volumes, sunny and practical to live. We like to take care of our interior.
The dining room, the open kitchen and the library lounge overlook the terrace and the garden. Downstairs is also my son's bedroom (single bed) with its bathroom (walk-in shower) and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, a large mezzanine office with a good quality BZ can be used as sleeping 2 places, our room and that of my daughter (single bed), the bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
Outside, a garden, a covered terrace and a barbecue. A swimming pool is in preparation for the summer of 2017.
From here you can choose to enjoy kilometers of nearby beaches, the typical Catalan town of Perpignan, hiking in the magnificent Pyrenean landscapes, discovering the local wine heritage or offering a getaway in Spain.
