In central Stockholm, walking distance to everything, and bus outside the door. Area has lots of restaurants and boutiques. Apartment is 110 sqare metres, well-planned. I have two balconies. I use the sunny one when it's chilly and the one in the shade when it's hot. Although it is in the middle of the city, the building is not on the street. Instead there is an old giant tree and garden. In the back, there is a green garde.n, where you can grill. The rooms are very large except for the guest room which compensates with its own balcony. The rooms are 3 metres high

Our neighbourhood is one of the most desirable residential areas in Stockholm. There are a lot of young professionals here and therefore many good restaurants. A block away there is a popular restaurant street. In ten minutes you can walk to the canal and be in nature. In another direction after 15 minutes you are in Stockholms large Haga park (with the home of our crown princess Victoria). Another fifteen minute walk and you are downtown.
