Great 2300 ft2 (210 m2) contemporary wood house in a very calm, green & pretty suburb of Poitiers (Just 5 minutes from downtown).
Outside, we've got a large south side peaceful garden with many trees, vegetable permaculture garden (you will enjoy to pick up fresh seasonal vegetables), 2 free hens that lay delicious fresh eggs, differents children playing areas with play houses , swing ,slackline, basketball hoop. And while children playing, you can relax on the hammock or on the large wood deck, lounge on the terrasse catamaran filet with a book or swimming in the pool.
Also, you will be charmed by the calmness of our patio in the middle of the house and enjoy the Jacuzzi (2 seater & 3 elongated seats). Where you will appreciate to take a happy brunch in the morning, quietly read a book comfortably installed in the afternoon and finish the day by a wonderful glass of french wine relaxing in the Jacuzzi after a day of sightseeing.
Inside, the house has a large living room and dining room fills light by the huge windows doors where we have sun from morning to evening. In the living room there is a very comfortable leather sofa, a large TV LED or home cinema, a BOSE system to connect your IPHONE, IPOD, MP3 or Computer. A Wii game console with lots of sports games and interactive games (mario kart, just dance 4, winter sports, hockey, monopoly....).
A very large open full equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, cooker with induction hob) with plenty of cooking ustensils ( food processor, blender, fruit centrifuge, steamer...) . A bar and the place to eat 6. And especially a wonderful view on the garden trees.
There is although 4 beds rooms:
- 1 master bed room with a king size bed , a dressing and a piano who goes directly to the patio and the SPA.
- 3 children rooms with one with double bed, one with single bed & a sofa bed for 2 persons and the last one it’s a toddler montessori room with a 140x70 floor bed ( in this room we can also put one single bed ).
In these rooms you can find lots of games ( barbies, babies, little kitchen, nursery, little petshops, playmobil, lego, society games, foot balls, basket ball,4 ping pong rackets, 4 badminton rackets, street hockey game, skates board, 1 scooter, rollers and ice hockey skates). And a Mac mini computer on one of them.
And also all baby stuff: travel cot, high chair, baby dishes, games first age, stroller, baby car seats ( one 9-18Kg, and one for 15-36Kg).
There is 2 bathrooms :
-1 with large italian shower, double sinks and a toilet
-1 goes directly through a sliding door in the master room with italian shower, double sink & big angle bath.
An office room with an area for adults (1 iMac available for you) and an area for Children ( little creativity table with lots of creative leisure) .
An other toilet in the entry.
A wash room with a sink, a washer and dryer.
And a wine cooler.
In the garage Bicycles for 2 years to adult.

We live in Vouneuil sous Biard, a little country town less than 5 minutes from Poitiers downtown, train station and Poitiers airport. 2 minutes from closer shops, bakery, organic and conventionnal supermarket, swimming pool, playground, riverside and CREPS Poitou-Charente (a domain in the forest for the practice of outdoor sports like tennis on clay,mountain biking trial, bike park, or indoors like basketball, judo, fencing...). There is also plenty of country road to walking, footing or biking around the house.
The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for a family with children, with a little wood (perfect place to climb on trees or built playing house), and a frogs pond, all these at just 50meters from home.
In addition to visiting Poitiers (beautiful medieval city), there are many things to do in less than 30 minutes from home:
