Contact us for availability ... Our beach house has 3 bed rooms and 2 baths on beautiful Folly Beach SC. The home can sleep 6. The house was fully renovated in 2011 - new kitchen, marble counter tops, new bathrooms, new hardwood floors, new washer and dryer, outdoor fire pit, ... Everything. We are several rows back from the beach with an easy and quick 4 minute walk to the beach - 4 blocks. We have wi-fi, sleeper sofa (if needed), outdoor shower, front porch, large back screen porch, and large back open top porch - great for star gazing at night. The entire upstairs of this 2 story home is a master bedroom suite. Maid service is available on request for a fee.
Folly Beach is near Charleston. We are just a 15 minute drive from downtown Charleston shops and restaurants.

We live on Folly Beach -- a barrier island for Charleston, South Carolina. All the homes near us are single family homes. All of the houses around us are not for rent so you have a very quiet, respectful set of neighbors. We are about 4 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean beach. Several great restaurants are just a few block walk away... Check out the "Lost Dog" cafe - a classic restaurant on Folly. We have many palm trees on the property - typical beach property.
Around Folly Beach you can: Golf, boat, eat, drink, bar hop, rent a fishing charter, surf, run on the beach, kayak, bike, did I mention eating? And tons of other things... Or just lay out and get a tan.
Folly is surrounded by tons of Civil War sites: The Confederate Museum, Fort Sumter, Fort Moultrie, the Confederate submarine H.L. Hunley, Fort Lamar Heritage Preserve (Battle of Secessionville), and more!
