Architectural designed penthouse flat on the 4th floor in the urban area of Torshov. Even if it is an urban area, there are several child friendly play areas and parks just minutes away.
The flat consist of two large bedrooms, a large kitchen, living room, bathroom and an atrium. Large windows gives the flat plenty of light, and the atrium is perfect for chilling out both days and nights (it has heating and can be used even during cold nights). The flat is new, it was built in 2011.
The bedrooms are large and both have double beds. One bedroom is decorated as a children's room, full of toys (typically for children age 6-10 years old). The kitchen is large with a huge dining table and have all kitchen equipment you need.
The living room is separated from the kitchen by the atrium, and has a large couch (that can also be converted to a double bed) and a huge new flat screen TV with surround system.
The atrium is perfect for chilling and hanging out, and is also equipped with a barbecue (gas).
The bathroom is new, has a shower and also both a washer and a dryer.

Quiet child-friendly neighbourhood. One of Oslo's best bakery/coffee house and pizza restaurant is on the ground floor in our building and just minutes away is urban Torshov and Grunerløkka. It is easy to travel around in Oslo with both the tram, bus and metro very close by.

The flat is designed by an architect and has an urban feel to it. It is full of light due to plenty of windows, and we have a great atrium that will give you perfect area to chill out during day and night.
The area enclosed by the building has a child friendly playing area as well as barbecue areas
Torshov is an urban area - plenty of coffee shops! We even have one of Oslo's best bakery/coffee shops and pizza resturant on the ground floor in our building. Trams, subway and buses are close and run frequently and most of the city's sights can be reach
