We are specifically looking for exchanges to the UK and Barcelona and not considering guestpoints exchanges at this time. Safe travels everyone:
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a Luxury Oceanview home on the Top Floor of one of the Kolea Villas. The living room is beautifully appointed with Hawaiian furnishings and plantation doors open to a large outdoor lanai with outdoor kitchen including your personal BBQ, fridge & sink. The 12-foot ceilings add to the spacious setting.
Inside, the main kitchen has high-end appliances and great cooking space for any gourmet! Your eating areas include bar seats at the island, a 6-seat dining room table or outdoor on the lanai table. The Master Bedroom has a Cali-King sleigh bed, TV and private tiled ensuite with a walk-in shower for two and a deep soaker tub, perfect to rest in after a full day of snorkelling, hiking, zip-lining, sport fishing, horse-back riding etc...The 2nd bedroom features two twin beds, TV and ensuite access to the 2nd bathroom wth double sink and large shower/tub. There is also a pull-out Queen sofa in the living room allowing for a 5th guest.
Each morning you will be welcomed as the sun peaks over the majestic mountains of Mauna Kea and in the distance Mauna Loa. While enjoying your Kona Coffee on the lanai, you will see activity begin at the pool and will stroll to enjoy the large lap pool, hot tub, open-air gym and kiddy-pool with its own sand bottom and waterfall. From the pool you will follow your private path through the ancient anchialine ponds to the golden sands and palm-tree lined beach of Anaeho'omalu Bay. "A-Bay" is rated as one of Hawaii's Best Beaches and in it's sheltered, calm waters you will swim with the friendly Sea Turtles. As the afternoon progresses into evening, you will gaze West at the amazing Hawaiian sunsets as the sun lowers over your neighbouring garden Isle of Maui into the warm Pacific blue. Now it will be time for dinner, whether you eat-in or wander over to the Lava Lava Beach Bar (or to one of over 25 amazing restaurants within Waikoloa) you will be able to choose from any cuisine and, of course, the freshest Hawaiian seafood!
The property is managed by Grand Welcome Vacations and features 24 hour contact, self check-in, wi-fi and housekeeping.
For you IronMan and Triathlon racers & spectators, our home is the perfect venue as the races finish right on our beach!

Our neighbours also include the gourmet grocery shopping centre of the Queen's Marketplace and exquisite Kings Shops featuring Tiffany's, Na Hoku, Tori Richard, Tommy Bahamas among many, many others plus over 25 restaurants within walking distance in the resort. Great golfing, snorkelling, and swimming can be done right out front of your home or within a few minutes drive amazing beaches like Hapanu, Mauna Kea, Kona offer numerous activity and dining choices as well. Fresh fish can be caught by yourself or numerous providers and every restaurant nearby will offer only the freshest Hawaiian ocean offerings.
