What you will love about this home
Luxurious and spacious villa located in the exclusive residential area "El Portet" in the coastal town Moraira, with beautiful garden, terrace and infinty private pool. The house is only 300 meters from the town centre of Moraira and about 200 meters from the beach. The Villa, of approx. 300 sqm have a large living room with large sliding doors. There is a big terrace overlooking the gardens and pool and nice outside kitchen area with a big a BBQ and pizza oven. In the garden there is a big trampoline, ping pong table and basketball.
The kitchen is big and fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, vitro-ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer combination, toaster, electric kettle, Thermo mix and coffee machine. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 balconies, and a studio apartment; in the first floor - the master bedroom with a double bed, big balcony terrace bathroom with en-suite bath and dressing room plus a private studio/office that could also be used if you have small children that you want to sleep next to you. The second bedroom on the first floor has a bathroom with large shower and a balcony. Downstairs you will find two more bedrooms, one of them with a nice private balcony terrace. There is in the under built you will find an independent guest studio/apartment with small living room, bathroom and bedroom. There is a fire place in the bedroom (gas) and a fireplace ( wood) in the living room.
There is air conditioning system and central heating throughout the whole house, international television channels, Netflix, Apple TV, fibre glass WIFI connexion, B&O Sound system,.

The local authorities has exerted strong planning control and therefore Moiraira is still a small and very pretty fishing port with a modern yachts club for yachts and sailing boats . Situated between the cities Alicante (80 km) and Valencia ( 100 km), Moraira hosts up market bars and restaurants set among spectacular views of the Mediterranean and dramatic mountainous scenery.
Moraira has relative few hotels and no high rise apartment blocks, therefore it has not fallen victim of the package holiday market. With a perfect blend of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and beautiful boutiques, this is the most exclusive area on coast. Moraira´s two main beaches are perfect golden sandy bays with fantastic views, Swimming is safe, and the coast has plenty of water sports to offer such as Jet Ski, water skiing, deep sea fishing, diving tuition and equipment hire, windsailing, hobby cats for hire, sailing bare back charter or with skipper and kayaking. As well as the numerous water sports on offer, the beaches boast cafe bars, children´s play areas, etc. Close to the town are further amenities for the more active such as Tennis Club, Go-Karting, Golf Clubs, mountain bike and horse riding
Between the port and the sandy beach are the remains of an old Moorish castle and a tiny chapel steeped in history which is the central point for many fiestas, open air concerts and impresive fireworks displays. At night children are well catered for with most restaurants welcoming children of all ages.
