What you will love about this home
We are offering our charming home in St. John's, Canada for a non-simultaneous exchange in September/October 2025 and simultaneous exchanges in December 2025 and May/June 2026. Car exchange possible.
Our house was built in 1892. It includes a large and well-equipped kitchen, a very spacious main bedroom with ensuite bath, a large second bedroom with a double bed, and a separate shower room. There is a lovely courtyard garden at the back and a big living room/dining room. The house includes a washer and dryer, dishwasher, stereo, high-speed internet, excellent beds and linens, and everything you will need for an enjoyable visit.
Note that our home is suitable for 1 or 2 adults or couples, or 1 couple with a teenager. It is not suitable for children under the age of 12 or groups of more than 4 people.
We are located in the downtown area, 2 minutes from shops and services, 10 minutes from hiking trails along the coast of the open Atlantic ocean. The area offers excellent opportunities for whale watching, hiking, sailing etc.
We are open to a variety of destinations-- please make us an offer during the indicated periods of availability. If the calendar is white or grey it is unavailable for exchange since this is our primary -and only- home and we will be in it!
