We’re delighted to assist you during your stay: we can provide contacts for trusted taxi drivers or excellent massage specialists we know well. If needed, we can help arrange car rentals at a lower price than what’s typically offered on the market. We’re also happy to help you plan an itinerary to explore the island’s must-see highlights and share our recommendations for the best shopping spots and most delicious dining experiences.
Our apartment is bright, spacious, and covers 100 square meters. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, a dining area, and kitchen with basic things you might need. Located on the second floor, it has a private entrance directly from the outside, so there’s no need to share common staircases. This private entrance area also doubles as a small outdoor terrace, perfect for relaxing or drying your laundry after a refreshing swim.
Essential information:
1. We politly inform that smoking is not allowed inside our home, as we value maintaining a clean and fresh environment.
2. For stays of less than 14 days we kindly ask to leave a $30 cleaning fee for our cleaner to prepare the space for the next guests.

The property also boasts two swimming pools filled with natural underground spring water, which is ionized and free of chemicals. And most importantly, all of this is located on what we believe to be one of the most beautiful private beaches we’ve encountered in our travels around the world—Puerto Real Playa.
This serene stretch of white sand is gently kissed by ocean waves. While the beach is naturally pristine, it is raked and prepared each morning to provide the perfect setting for your day of relaxation. Surrounding the area are stunning mountains and untouched wild beaches, reachable within a 30-minute to 1-hour walk.

It offers a tranquil retreat far from the bustling tourist crowds, yet remains conveniently close to local attractions. Just 2 km away is Playa El Agua, a popular tourist beach lined with small eateries and shops. The fishing village of Manzanillo, perfect for buying fresh fish, is only 2.5 km away. For larger shopping centers and restaurants, it’s just a 15-minute drive by car or an affordable ride on the local “Ruta Corta” public transport.

I’d like to highlight that this part of the island is exceptionally peaceful and quiet. While the complex consists of 96 apartments in total, most are used as holiday homes by their owners. As a result, it’s rare for more than 5-7 apartments to be occupied at once. This means you’ll often have the swimming pools or private beach almost entirely to yourself, perhaps shared with just one or two other families. However, during major holidays, many owners tend to gather, so the atmosphere may be livelier. If you prefer to have the beach and pools almost exclusively to yourself, we recommend visiting outside of peak holiday seasons.
