What you will love about this home

My home is in a very safe small residential area, only 7 min. walk from Ennis town centre. It is also within walking distance (10 mins) of the train and bus station with regular services to Dublin, Cork, Limerick , Galway etc...

My house includes a bright spacious kitchen cum living room with access to patio and lovingly nurtured garden.
Also on ground floor is a lounge/sitting room with open solid fuel fireplace
The three cozy bedrooms have ample storage. One is currently being used as a Meditation/yoga space but if necessary it can be easily returned to its former use as a bedroom.The bathroom has a shower over bath.

What you will love about this neighborhood

My home in Ennis is just a 20 min. drive from Shannon airport.
Ennis with a population of 25,000 is admired by visitors for its quaint, narrow streets, independent shops, eateries and pubs with live traditional Irish music.

The much loved Wild Atlantic Way is a mere 30 mins. away, as are some of its main attractions: The Burren Geopark, The Cliffs of Moher, Lahinch beach (famous for surfing) and the pretty village of Doolin, with nearby ferries to the Arann Islands.
A little further west on the Wild Atlantic Way one can visit Scattery Island, Loop Head, the Bridges of Ross and the coastal towns of Kilkee and Kilrush.
For book lovers a state of the art new library (opening in July '24) is less than a 5 min. walk from home. It is adjacent to Glór theatre (Art, Drama and Music venue)
