What you will love about this home
Conveniently located in one of Melbourne's inner north suburbs, the house is a comfortable place to stay just a short tram ride into the city and close to the Melbourne Zoo. The house is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom house, with a private driveway and secure backyard. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, one has a bunk bed and the fourth has a single bed, which has a trundle extension so that it can turn into a double bed. The kitchen, dining, one of the bathrooms and laundry have all been recently renovated and offer a spacious light area. There are split heating-cooling systems in the kitchen/dining area and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. The dining area has a wood burning fireplace. It has a private backyard with a veggie patch, hammock and BBQ.
What you will love about this neighborhood
The house is in in the inner-north of Melbourne in an area called West Brunswick. We are close to public transport: minutes to the 58-tram line or a 20min walk to the Upfield train line (Brunswick Station) and Sydney Rd (19-tram). We are close to the Melbourne Zoo and approximately 6.5km from Melbourne's Central Business District (CBD), where you will find lots of options for dining, shopping, arts and sporting entertainment and other attractions, like the Melbourne Museum and Melbourne Aquarium.
