What you will love about this home
Natty's Nook is a dog friendly, one bedroom daylight basement apartment in our 1912 home with its own separate entrance. Tall Person Alert!: Ceilings are low at 6'1"-guests assert it's a cozy Hobbit home! Its charm is shabby chic!
This is our vacation rental that we rented through Airbnb for 13 yrs. We have great reviews!
Natty's Nook is totally furnished with a fully stocked kitchen, range/oven, full size refrigerator, all linens, and a very comfortable queen-sized bed. In the living room there is a brand new high end sofa couch with a memory foam mattress that folds out to a Full sized bed. We have streaming which includes Netflix, YouTube, Amazon, Pandora . There is WiFi throughout. Cleaning fee will dependent on the length of stay.
When the Summers are hot, we have a window A/C. Since it is a basement apartment, it naturally keeps cool but you have the option of the A/C windows unit.
And since it is in the basement, you may hear our quiet footsteps. We do our best to tread lightly for your benefit. If you need a totally quiet place, this may not work for you.
There is "QUIET TIME" between 10 pm and 8 am, so please lower your voice when coming home from a late night out. And the front door is right below our Guest bedroom, so please softly close the main door. Thank you!
In our backyard, we have a sweet, Cedar Sauna. The soaking tub is back up!
Our house is off a narrow dirt alley and there is off-street parking for 1 car. If you have a large truck, let us know, so we can accommodate for the parking situation.
We love animals and we allow one dog that is 'dog friendly'. Our yard is too small to not allow our respective dogs to be in the yard at the same time. Please note that your dog must be up to date on their vaccinations like Bordatella and Rabies. Our dog, McKenzie, is a very friendly and sweet 17 lbs. Tibetan Spaniel who loves people and other dogs! The yard is fenced in. Pet fee ranges from $25 -? depending on length of stay.
Since COVID-19, we are disinfecting per CDC COVID-19 requirements.
