What you will love about this home
A cosy four-room house - typical Scandinavian bungalow architecture - built in 1939 with a 720 m2 garden surrounded by a beech hedge, quiet residential streets and friendly neighbors.
In 2018, the house has been re-built with 52 additional square meters, so it is now 146 m2 at floor levels and 59 m2 of 3 heated rooms (two rooms with a sleeping bed in each) and a nice bathroom in the basement.
The house is situated in the small village of Hald Ege, surrounded by a 300 year old listed oak forest.
Our house has got 5 bedrooms (two in the basement ). Our kids, 6 and 8 years old, sleep in their beds in two separate rooms on the irst floor, in which also the master bedroom is located. Front door entrance, kitchen, dining and living room en suite entrance to new part of house, a piano in tune.
Adult bikes: 1 female (classic) and 1 male mountain bike.
Child bikes: 2 junior bikes (for 11 and 13 years old) with pedals.
