What you will love about this home
We invite you to visit our wonderfully warm and aesthetically pleasing home. Very quickly you will find our home to be your home.
The 3 level split layout nicely separates living areas, and facilitates both connectedness and serene areas inside or out for quiet and contemplation. You will find our home eclectically decorated with art from our numerous trips and adventures. Wifi is also installed should you wish to bring your own portable computing devices.
The lower level has a family room, laundry room and bathroom leading out to the 2 car garage that houses our BMW X3 - use negotiable).
The main level has a brand new kitchen with stainless appliances, eating bar and glass doors to the extensive patio and outdoor living space. The dining room, again with glass doors leading to the outside living and garden areas, and the appealing living room, complete with gas fireplace is designed for community and conversation.
The upstairs floor houses the master bedroom with luxurious king size bed and ensuite with shower. There is a second bedroom with a queen bed, and the main bathroom with its 6 foot long jacuzzi tub. The third bedroom is our office, but an air bed can be made available if need be.

Within minutes you can be watching people in our local park, walking around our pond with the ducks and turtles and an abundance of blackberry bushes. Or, you can check out the Galloping Goose/Lockside Trail that is used by walkers, runners, pedal bikers, and horses! Go south on the trail and in 7 km you will be in the downtown core of our beautiful city, go north and you may be drinking lattes, eating ice cream, or having a wonderful lunch at Mattick's Farm. You might want to buy your fruits vegetables, and organic meats here, or you might want to continue another 20 km on your bike to the seaside community of Sidney with its lovely shops and restaurants....have lunch there and then bike home. This is one of our favorite pastimes. We can do this year round!
Should golf be your passion, you can drive out to Matticks and golf The Ridge's challenging and ocean view 9 hole course, or you can take on Cordova Bay's 18 hole oceanside course or driving range. Alternatively you can choose one of the many other world class courses in the area.
You can make your way toward downtown and stop to go canoeing or kayaking on the way, or just sit and take in the view of the harbour with its boats, planes and ferries coming and going.
For us, we live in the most beautiful place in the world and want to share it with you.

Additional information
Our home is less than 20 minutes to downtown VICTORIA and the Harbour, 20 minutes to the airport and 30 minutes to the ferry that takes you to to Vancouver in 1hr40min. Numerous day trips up island or a couple days in Tofino for whale watching or up to Mt Washington for skiing/hiking…:all easily available. We are in a lovely Victoria area called Saanich and amenities are within walking distance.
