What you will love about this home
Lovely 2-bedroom home in one of Burlington, Vermont’s finest neighborhoods. Our home offers a beautifully landscaped and private back yard, out-door eating area and gas grill. The kitchen, which has recently been updated, includes granite countertops, an eating bar, and a conversation area with gas fireplace. There is also a formal dining room and a formal living room. There is a snug TV room equipped with a DVD player, DVR and Blueray. Internet is available throughout the house via wifi.
What you will love about this neighborhood
We are located in a quiet neighborhood with very little motor traffic. Stores and other services (and even a health club) are within walking distance. A quick bike ride will take you to some lovely lakeshore parks and to downtown Burlington. Burlington is an incredible small city. Home to many colleges and the University of Vermont, it is rich with cultural activities and has a vibrant arts community. The central city features a several-block pedestrian mall with many fine restaurants and shops.
Burlington’s unique waterfront includes beaches, bike paths and walking paths. From Burlington’s harbor there is ferry service (pedestrian or car) that provides a wonderful way to enjoy Lake Champlain as well as to access the Adirondack Mountains of New York state.
Burlington is less than an hour from Stowe, Vermont and some great mountain hiking. It is just 90 minutes from Montreal, Cananda and 4 hours from Boston.
