What you will love about this home
We offer a modest two story, 5 bedrooms, 3 ½ bath house with hardwood floors and two fireplaces. It is over 2, 200 square feet (over 200 sqm) in size and comes with a high speed internet access. The nicely decorated kitchen has an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The first floor has the kitchen, living room, dining room, family room (1 bed) and 2 bedrooms. The upstairs has the master bedroom and a large bedroom for with a house total of 5 beds. We have a detached small 2 car garage. Across the street is a soccer field to play on. Have helpful neighbors on each side. Will be respectful to your house as I’m sure you will ours.
2 electric and 1 standard bikes, 8 various skate boards with a small hill to match any skill-school nearby

Have a comfortable home, but you'll want to be busy with all the activities the California we know can bring to you. We spend a lot of our time with outdoor activities instead of being stuck in the house for most of the year. Summer is especially pleasant both at the house and traveling to most of our tourist spots, with the exception of the desert - it can be very hot this time of the year. However, we do not have air conditioner and occasionally during late summer it can be hot if we have no ocean breeze.
We are not accepting stays outside of our vacation calendar.

What you will love about this neighborhood
Manhattan Beach is a city of lovely homes with year round sunshine and beautiful beaches between Malibu & Palo Verdes. We have many local shops & services within 10 minutes. The city is primarily a residential community with a small town living atmosphere with some of the world’s best year-round weather.
With the lack of ran in June/July, you can visit many of the popular recreational hot spots within 30-60 minutes: Disneyland, Magic Mountain, Universal Studios, & Knott’s Berry Farm. Some notable cities also nearby to visit are Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Venice Beach, Malibu, & Santa Monica. Average temperature for July is 77F (25C) and drops to only 64F (18C) at night. A must would be a picture at the pier like the one included with the sun setting at 7: 30 pm.
Within a days ride, but would require a nights stay, would be Grand Canyon, Yosemite & Sequoia National Parks along with Las Vegas and San Francisco and our beautiful coast line.

Do have one small dog which might stay at the house in backroom or backyard. Also have 3 kids living nearby for assistance. Would be actually an asset for information of all types.
Our casual home is a short walk from the beach where you can enjoy our famous white beaches, the Manhattan Beach Village & Pier and stroll, jog, roller-skate, or bike along the coastline.
With a few minutes watch sunsets over the ocean with a pier and palm trees.
BBQ and outside seating for evening dinners are great.
Might have 2 electric bikes available unless we are taking with us if in our notes say we are taking an RV trip.
My site has been inactive, so might not be up to date (12 20 22)
Bed next to sliding door has been taken down, but we can place down an air mattress or twin cots (or both) if needed in its own room with own bathroom. (placing a crib for new grandchild ;-)
