What you will love about this home
Our home is located in a quiet village of 6000 inhabitants, in the heart of the Briere naturel park and 10 minutes from the sea (Atlantic Ocean, La Baule).
Built in 2009, our home is very pleasant, spacious and bright.
About 180 sq meters, with a large living room, dining room and kitchen, a room on the ground floor with a double bed and a bathroom, 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom, a large mezzanine with desk and sofa.
La terrace is full south. The 900 sq meters garden is closed.
You will find in the house, the garage and the garden all the equipment necessary for cooking, relaxing and enjoying the outdoors (garden furniture, barbecue, lounge chairs, hammock, bikes, games and swimming pools for children)

All services are nearby. In the village you will find a market, bakeries, butcher, pharmacy, post office, swimming pool, doctors, restaurants. And 10 minutes away: markets (Guérande, La Baule, Pornichet, Saint Nazaire, Kerhinet), supermarkets, shopping centers.
Varied leisure activities nearby: beach, walks in the Brière park, on horseback or in a chaland (traditional boat), visit to the salt marshes of Guérande, cycle paths, hiking trails, visit to the medieval city of Guérande, fishing, swimming pools, thalassotherapy centers, golf, Océarium of Le Croisic, fishing ports, tree-climbing parks. And also: visit of Saint Nazaire, with its shipyard, its submarine base, its eco-museum.
You can also enjoy water sports, such as sailing, surfing, diving, jet-skiing, sea kayaking...
The coast offers many and varied beaches (wild coast, bay of La Baule, Pénestin…) and beautiful walks on the coastal paths.
And if you want to extend your visits:
