Enchanted Isle has a beautiful view of the New River and hills where horses graze. It is quiet and serene. It is protected by trees behind it and is located in a small town with an old Mercantile that sells coffee and pastries. The river is great for kayaking, tubing, fishing or wading. Todd is equidistant from Boone and Jefferson where there are restaurants and shops and museums etc.
