Our home is a unique 4-story residence that blends industrial charm with modern comfort. The building, originally part of a historic factory, has been thoughtfully transformed into a cozy and inviting living space.
The guest apartment is located on the first floor and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features:
A Queen Bedroom – A cozy and quiet space with a comfortable queen-sized bed.
Living Room with Pull-Out Bed – The spacious living area includes a double pull-out sofa bed, perfect for extra guests.
Fully Equipped Kitchen – Cook meals with ease in the well-appointed kitchen, which includes all essential appliances and cookware.
Private Bathroom – A clean and modern bathroom with a shower.
Washer – A washer just down the corridor for longer stays.
The Rest of the Building
The ground floor warehouse has been converted into a stylish and functional living area occupied by the owners.
Floors 2 and 3 are also occupied by the owners. Your apartment and time at our home remains completely private as owners will not be home during your stay.
