What you will love about this home
Villa surrounded by the olive trees of Puglia, located 5 minutes from Ostuni and 7 minutes from the sea

The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests.
INTERNAL
Inside the villa we find a large kitchen with an open counter. KITCHEN is full optional equipped with oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine with pods, kettle, toaster, smoother, induction cooker, fridge, freezer at head height.
The kitchen overlooks a comfortable, bright living room with windows that offer a wonderful view of the outside. The windows can be completely opened to further expand the living space by uniting outside with inside.
Inside the common area we also find a magnificent and luxurious guest bathroom.
The common areas also have a washing machine and dryer
SUITES
The villa has 3 suites, each of them has a private bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
Two of the suites have a private garden with hammock, sunbathing bench and hot outdoor shower that can be used both day and night, looking at the stars.
The third suite, with sea view, offers a shower (hot and cold water) surrounded by olive trees.
Included you will also find the courtesy kit from local producers (shower gel, shampoo, soap, conditioner), you will also be provided with linen towels and bathrobe and bag and beach or pool towel.

The villa has a private infinity pool, dark seabed (13.5 meters long, 3.5 meters wide, 160 cm deep), with pergola for shade lovers, 6 large and comfortable sunbeds and 2 deckchairs, the The swimming pool is also surrounded by olive trees which offer total privacy with a sea view. A peculiarity of the pool that the owners are very proud of is the fact that it is treated with salt and natural products that are safer and more hygienic for the skin and the environment.
The external environment also has a private wood-fired barbecue, a large stone table equipped with a pergola for lunches, even during the day, comforted by shade and local air.
The outdoor living room also has a large common area for parties and aperitifs, equipped with sofas and convivial tables.
