What you will love about this home
Fully remodeled, spacious and cozy 2 story home located in the heart of Atwater Village. A short walk away from restaurants and bars, our house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a spacious living room, loft, and office space. Only a short drive from downtown L.A. and Hollywood.
What you will love about this neighborhood
Our home is in the heart of Atwater village, one of L.A.’s trendiest, most walkable neighborhoods. Walk to diverse restaurants, boutique shops, and bars. Bike along the L.A. River which is only a block away. Its central location allows easy access to the 5, 134, and 2 freeways allowing you to easily discover all L.A. has to offer.
Additional information
There is a small backhouse in the backyard which is a daycare from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. The daycare uses the backyard 3-4 hours a day. You are not able to use the backyard when the kids are outside if the daycare is running during your stay. I will discuss this schedule with you before booking.
