What you will love about this home

My home is in one of the most convenient locations imaginable! Right in the heart of Lower Sandy Bay, you have easy access to restaurants, shops, supermarkets and cafes. Salamanca markets, Wrest Point, Hobart CBD and the beach are only a 15mins walk away.

Originally constructed in 1932 (approx), the character of the era has been maintained with the solid brick home enjoying high ceilings, gorgeous timber work and polished floors.
My home is across 2 levels.
The lower level offers 1 bedroom, a lovely living room and an updated industrial-style kitchen and bathroom. There is a laundry and separate dining area that can be used as a study. The upstairs level offers 2 additional bedrooms, and large bathroom. Please note that the front upstairs bedroom is not accessible.

Outdoors is a shared outdoor entertainment space which is lovely for a summertime lunch. There is a large garden and herb garden.

You're going to love the location with everything at your fingertips.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Located in beautiful Sandy Bay you will only be short walk from shops, cafes, supermarkets, beaches, casinos and Hobart CBD. The apartment also has lovely views of Mount Wellington.

Additional information

There is an additional cleaning fee of $120 per stays less than 2 weeks. For stays longer than 2 weeks there is a $120 cleaning fee per fortnight.
Unfortunately, my home is not child friendly due to the stairs, balconies and windows.
