What you will love about this home
Please note our personal residence requires a mimumum of 60 nights or longer and is limited to a couple and/or small family. It is not suited for children as it has 100 feet of open unobstructed water with no fence or barrier.
Spacious, open floorplan with two separate Master Suites on opposite sides of the home with stunning water views from all rooms except the two North facing guest bedrooms. Open Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room and Sunroom. All Four Bedrooms are large and spacious. Every home in the neighborhood is waterfront. A short walk to world famous St. Pete Beach, fine and casual dining, St. Pete Beach Library, Bike Rentals, Buses to Downtown St. Pete and so much more. Downtown St. Pete is just 15 minutes away with more museums, fine dining and lots of fun activities. We live in a secluded residential neighborhood located minutes from Don CeSar, Trade Winds, Sirata and many other well known beach resorts. We are on the Gulf Coast only 35 minutes to Tampa, and 2 hours to Orlando and it's many attractions, including Disney World. There are two King Size Beds in both Master Suites, a Queen Bed in one guest room and a Double Bed in the other guest bedroom. Our dining room looks directly onto Boca Ciega Bay. The spacious Kitchen sits 6 at the large Quartz Island and also offers views of the water and our spacious dock that sits 8 comfortably.
