What you will love about this home
My home is located in Philadelphia's most prestigious neighborhoods, Rittenhouse, in a historical 100 year old building. Have the peace of mind with 24hr security and the convenience of an elevator. My home is the perfect stay for 1 or 2 guests. Guests can easily access the entire city including the theater district, prestigious restaurants, stadiums, Northern Liberties, the Art Museum, and more via public transportation, walking, biking or driving. Note parking is very limited - only street parking or paid garage parking is available.
20 minute drive or train ride from the Philadelphia airport. 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive from 30th St. train station.
Grocery stores are within a 5 minute walk and multiple convenient stores located on my block.
The home is shared with my friendly cat. She loves to cuddle and play. I will ask guest to care for her during their stay. If that is a major issue, I will consider having her boarded.
Cleaning fee is $150 paid via Venmo or PayPal before your stay.
Laundry is located in the basement of the building - cost just under $3 to wash and $3 to dry. There is a gym with a Peleton, free weights, treadmills and more in the building that you are free to use.
