What you will love about this home
A house in the small town Gävle, 90 minutes north of Stockholm. We have a nice terrace, half glassed, and a nice garden with apple trees and a lawn perfect for garden games. Two big bedrooms and one small upstairs. Bottom floor is open with nice opportunities for social activities. Washing machine in the basement.
What you will love about this neighborhood
Gävle is 90 minutes by car north of Arlanda airport with good connections via train. Our neighbourhood consists of 10 houses bult in the 1920's on a cul-de-sac. Very calm, although very close to the city center and the city beach (on the river). Also close to nature and nice walks directly from the house. The sea i reachable in 20 minutes by car. There is also an amusement-park with a zoo at the same distance. Close to Uppsala/Stockholm and also close to the more northern and hilly regions of Sweden.
